birthday!verse: timeline

So I thought after seven(!?) years and 29(!) parts and 60+ birthdays, it might be a good idea to write up an actual timeline to help me and faithful or new readers keep track. The spreadsheet I've had for years to mark which years I've covered doesn't quite do the job.
