I just made fettuccine all by my lonesome. As in, I made them for family dinner, but from scratch. My Dad came into the kitchen at one point and said "...but... Isn't that a lot of work?" Well, yes. But I wanted fettuccine and we had none, and it's Sunday and I had the time and why ever the hell not?
Once cooked, they turned out a bit thicker than I would have liked, and hello, recipe, that champignon sauce my parents and I ate every last spoon of was meant for four people? BUT, fresh noodles are now another thing I know how to make, so I call another cooking experiment success. Yay!
